The lock boxes were frozen, the 800 # company reps tried to be helpful but there wasn't really anything they could do. Repeated calls to the local posted phone number were never returned. After about an hour, with some lock de-icer and a lever we were finally successful in getting our key. Also the lock box was mounted high enough that it was hard to read the combination. I'm 5'7" and had to stand on my tip toes.

Thanks for the rental
DANIEL MThey failed to inform me that the lock would get stuck, so I wasted about 4 hours trying to figure out how to open the lock to get my things out of the truck. When I finally go a hold of someone she chuckles and says "oh that lock has been reported to get stuck so you would have to take a hammer to it to loosen it, but I will call someone to come help you with it". The helper didn't call back until an hour later, which by then I had already open it myself with a hammer. So I dropped it off late, but on the same day. I received a call the next day asking me when I was dropping the truck off. Informed them the truck was dropped off yesterday around 730pm. Still they charge me for an extra day. So I ended up paying for 3 days when I only had it for 19-20 hrs. Paid about $244, asked to speak to someone and conveniently his not available "he might be traveling, or he might be busy, but he will call you when he is available."
ISAPELA MTrailer was dirty inside and out and had not been cleaned but it didnt really bother me.
