The person who rented it to us took an additional 45 minutes to get checked in. No codes provided when returning the vehicle no gate access no lock box code and upon returning it. Took 2 hours after calling management and uhauls several times. Forced into taking another 15.00 dollar charge that you could not opt out of. Once in gate no way to leave key in lock box so put it in their door and left. Garbage. Would never recommend U-Haul agan

JOHN PClosed location. Had to call customer service three times to get through the return process, first to have the situation explained to me, then to get further assistance on the app return, then again to get the gate code, and after that the gate closed and wouldn’t let me back out as their key pad is broken. Luckily my son was outside of the gate to let me out. What was an overall great experience was ruined by this awful return experience, especially when there is another U Haul location with long hours less than a half mile away.
