If you are closing the store during return time, best to advise that when we pick up the equipment. When we come back to return and there is a note on the door that you are closed the next 2 days and there isn’t even return instructions. That’s frustrating. Had to call and deal with the main number for 30 minutes with 4 other people sitting there upset not knowing what to do. Either provide instructions in the note on the door. Or advise people when they pick up. It shouldn’t be that hard. Communicate.

This was my preferred location, which was changed. When I arrived at the new location, they were closed. After several calls, I was then sent to the original location, where i was treated well.
