emmanuel M.I returned the truck a day early and was charged late fees on both truck and car transport. I am still going thru customer service to resolve this.
Maryruth M.I was charged a late fee that I think is unfair. I was given 6 days to drive 1800 miles, which is not safe at my age. Also, I couldn't pick up the truck until a day after the car transport, so that should have been considered.
