I was charged for moving blankets I did not use. Can't get anyone to respond to my requests to have the charge removed. I made the mistake of leaving the truck and letting the staff check it in and email the receipt. That's when the blanket charge was added.

The gentleman (wore glasses) who assisted me was extremely polite and helpful. Helped me hook up the trailer I reserved within 5 minutes upon my arrival. They told me that they would send a receipt to my email. I returned the car on time, but they charged me an additional day fee. I made up a returning time from their mind. They did not respond to my email. They did not respond to the customer service email.



Had to wait almost a hour to check in with a reservation. The manager needs more training. The return process was no better. I had to wait almost 15 before checking in myself. The assistant needs to be promoted she had more knowledge than the manager. She informed me to login and start the check in process and return. Not sure what her name is but he should be happy to have her.

I feel the service was done in a professional manner and the personnel was very helpful. I can't find any complaints.



I restrain from giving the location 1 star because the guy working at this location was friendly and cordial, however, the equipment rented to us was crap. The front alignment was off and we almost got in SEVERAL accidents on the way from Atlanta to NJ. We had to pull over to wait multiple times. This truck should not be rented to anyone before it has a full overhaul to make sure everything is in working condition. My husband was driving the truck and told me a drive that should have taken 8 hours took us 15 hours due to the poor condition of this vehicle. I have contacted Uhaul and alerted them as well as filed a complaint. I received a call back from someone who when I called them back was unavailable. I am awaiting a refund of most to partial for this rental fee which was over $1000.00 I will contact multiple social media sites ranting about this experience if I do not get a satisfied resolution.

I arrived at 9am when the store opened and it took the front desk staff 30min to get a truck ready for me. The front desk associates where pleasant however it appeared they where very under staffed.

I got a call from the uhaul location during my rental, and a message was left saying I had just returned my truck and my payment didn't go through. I was literally driving the truck when I got the call. Called back and spoke to someone, they said that my payment was fine. The next morning I got a call at 7-something in the morning and again a message left saying my payment didn't go through. My payment went through fine and I had already confirmed that, and have since received an email receipt. Seemed like they were calling the wrong person. The name they said on the messages was close to mine but not quite. On top of all that the cab was messy and had food items left from the last renter. I will be leaving a yelp review of this location.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They released my truck/trailer combo and gave me a van and a trailer, but they did not know the van cannot tow the trailer. They then asked me, the customer, to call around the other locations to find a new truck. I eventually spoke with Traffic HQ who scheduled me a truck later that day at the same location, but this location denied me the truck yet again, saying HQ doesn't know their schedule. So I took the van and just made 5x more trips for my move. The staff laughed at the situation instead of offering us assistance. Terrible.

The staff and location of this U-Haul were outstanding. I was a little disappointed that out of the three trailers matching the size I wanted that were on the lot that I was given what looked like the original U-Haul trailer. I realize when you are turning over a trailer to a different site it may be common to send your oldest trailers off the lot, but I was concerned the entire trip that trailer was going to fall apart. Other than that everyone was very helpful.

U Haul changed my location from the one I selected to the Clairmont without notifying me. The whole process at the Clairmont location took over 45 min.

Have more people on staff in the office. Only one person was working the counter with four people waiting in line. I had to wait 25 minutes to pick up a pre reserved truck.



I've been here a couple years now and management has changed a bit, but everyone is professional & courteous. I definitely recommend them.

checking out the rental vehicle, even with an appointment, took almost 20 minutes! UHaul has improved substantially over the years. I'm guessing it was just a bad day and time when I checked out. Either way, now you know. Thanks.

They don't give you instructions on driving or clearance I even told them I was scared to drive they simply said I would be fine. All I wasn't ended up hitting a parking garage. There wasn't a clearence sign. However, I am at fault, I will say the employees should of encouraged the insurance plan or asked if I wanted it. I will not ever use uhaul again. Helping my friend move never week and I already encouraged her to go with Penske. :-)

Initially I got overcharged for gas and mileage and I had to show my paperwork to prove that I was correct . I was charged $75.00 and I was supposed to be 32.99 . But someone corrected it

I asked for a truck at Peters St location and confirmed it before ending the phone call. I traveled an hour through traffic only to find out that it had been reserved at a completely different location. I wasn't given any notice of this. The phone representative at this location didn't offer to help me.
