The rental location was closed when I returned the van. So I parked at the location and put he key in drop box. I had returned 12 pads. The billing indicated only 9 pads returned. This is not acceptable. The overcharging for three pads is some kind is 'insider job'.

Stood in line forever. They had three employees behind the desk, but were somehow able to only help one person at a time. They also charged me a bogus $7.50 for supposedly not putting enough gas in, which is untrue. I will be calling the bank and disputing this charge, as the lady from the rental place never bothered to call me back about it like she said she would.



I had to delay pick-up twice and I received great customer service each time I had to call and push back the time. Thanks for having superior customer service and most of all having GREAT STAFF!!!

-Clear communication -More staff - Provide on the spot documentation -Follow up and be thorough -----Below is the review I posted on social media sites.----- Today I am adding on to the one star review (possible change if issues get resolved). I checked my email today to see that I had a charge of $128.40. Once I looked at the bill I saw where they charged me for the pads and the dolly- saying neither were returned but they were. The date and return on the bill were incorrect, saying I returned it a day later than the actual return date/time. My husband went up there earlier in the day and Jeff said he was trying to call me all day and would contact me after they contacted the guy that received the truck from my husband (was told he gets off in two hours, my husband was there around 2:15pm). I have no missed calls from the storage. As a matter of fact, I have no missed calls today. I called when I got home this evening and told Jeff of the situation. He passed it off to customer service. A customer service representative was very helpful and quick, only to end the conversation with "We'll notify the general manager of the site and have them contact you. It could take 24 hours. It tells them to review cameras, etc." I had the customer service lady connect me back to the store where Michelle then answered. I explained my situation again and asked her how soon would I be updated on the situation, just an update. She told me she could not guarantee a time, they need to contact the gentleman that received the truck from my husband and since he was at his day job and he gets off after hours they are unsure if when it would be. The items were returned and there is no need for these charges. Michelle told me I am welcomed to call back since she won't be able to remember this one little thing along with the 700+ units, in store customers and phone lines. My suggestion to anyone trying to rent or return here. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING WHILE ON THE LOT, EVEN THE GUY THAT RECEIVES THE TRUCK AND GET DOCUMENTATION THAT IT WAS RETURNED. **Update: about 30 minutes after review- I placed this review on Facebook, Google, and Yelp. I was contacted through FB shortly after the post. Through a private message they apologized, verified the complaint in their files and sent the post to upper management for review. More updates to come.**

Downgraded my rental because they didn't have the rental they guaranteed. Stood in line for nearly 45 minutes with other angry customers. Had to make multiple trips because I had to use the cargo van instead of the 10' truck I was guaranteed. Then was overcharged based on incorrect mileage. Only customer experience I've had that is worse is with Comcast. I have spread the word among my friends. Could not have been less satisfied with the experience.

Was over charged for mileage. I had a Sunday rental and I was charged .99 cents a mile should be .79 cents a mile on Sunday-Thursday

Very professional. Efficient. Courteous. Went out of their way to ensure that I was happy and to ensure a safe rental experience. Very much on time-- and moved customers along so no one's patience were stretched or abused.



The employee taking care of me had an attitude and very sarcastic. He was the only person there so I had no choice but to deal with the rudeness and horrible customer service.

gave a list of concerns with the trailer to the drop off sire; had a bearing getting hot and the tire where knotty, which made for a horrible bounce while trailering the vehicle. had multiple issues with the lighting blowing fuses in my truck, performed inspection of my truck today at the dealership I work for and found no abnormal conditions with my wiring, will be using my trailers this weekend for other tasks, have not had any concerns with fuses and my other trailers to date.

Wanted to pass along feedback about the customer service that was shown by Michelle on Sat 1/14. I had an issue with my routing from the pickup in Raleigh which made the rental paperwork look like a local rental versus one way. Michelle took almost an hour to help fix this which was in my opinion one of the best examples of someone who understands the true value of the consumer and went way out of her way to help fix the billing situation that I was dealing will. I rented a truck for 24 hours and Atlanta was hit with a ice/snow storm I was told I still had to pay for another day. For safety reasons I did not drive on the icey roads and call to get an extension as I was going to be an hour or 2 past the check in time. I was told I had to pay for another day. can someone please call me to discuss a refund for the second day. (because to the ice on the road)

Upon returning the equipment I waited in my truck with the "equipment" as the sign stated. No costumer rep approached me so I left my truck and went inside the office to find a person. There was a person at the desk, (she was busy). I asked for service and she promptly handled my check in.

I prepaid with a Credit card. Had to wait for one hour to get service and get my vehicle. The only person working there with a sense of urgency was Michelle. Everyone else acted like I was invisible. Maybe because I'm white and everyone else besides Michelle is black. Will never use this pick up location again, will not use uhaul again.
