Middle of the woods. No personnel. I returned the 2 day rental within less than 12 hrs to this location (a sat at 4:00 pm or so). I was Unable to use the app to self check in bc no service. So I left the key and document as the app said to do in case of inability to complete check in on the app. They charged me $21 for after hours service charge. Absolutely a scam. They don’t let you have access to any cell svc to use the app in the little wooded clearing on the side of the driveway and then charge you extra for the inconvenience. Avoid this place

David KThis was a patch of land with a sharp turn off the road for access. Could be more clearly marked. There is no office building, only the key drop box so you have to use the app to conclude your drop off.
