GENG CThe owner inside is super super super nice I went to rent a 10 ft truck but the mirror was cut off by some one ho vandalized the truck prior that night um but he got me into a 20ft truck for the price of $19.95 instead of the $39.95 which was super nice of him and the truck was clean will rent from him again thank you

Jennifer PIt took 30 min to get my truck. I requested some equipment was charged the equipment was not in the truck. The truck only had a quarter tank of gas. Had to drive around to two different uhaul locations to find the equipment I needed adding more time and mileage to my trip. Customer service did nothing for me, they told me they couldn’t do anything in the moment. I ended up being very behind with my move because of uhauls delays
