I did not even take the truck because it was too small and they still charged me

MARIO L.This was by far the worst experience I've had with U-Haul or any service I've paid for. It started with the person renting me the U-Haul not having the correct amount of moving blankets or the dolly I requested and PAID for. Next it took the man 30 minutes to find the keys after he handed me the wrong pair. Then, I noticed the lock on the driver side door was absolutely destroyed and could not be unlocked. Finally, a few days after returning the vehicle on time, I was notified that it was never actually returned. I never got a call back from the representative that informed me of this and they still won't answer my calls. This was an unbelievably horrendous experience that I'll be sharing with any friends that plan on moving. I'll be using Penske from now on. What a joke.
