The drop off location was dark & scary. I wasn't sure if the uhaul was going to be safe there. It looked like a junkyard at first.

Location is a bit funky being located at an automotive garage with many vehicles scattered around in a field and a wrecked building at the rear of the property. However the lady that helped me was excellent. She had the trailer ready to go, hooked it up, briefed me on all pertinent info and checked that everything was in working order. Checkout using her cell phone worked flawlessly. Easiest checkout ever.
