Issues: 1. I never received a copy of my contract at the store or by email which I was promised. 2. The back of the truck was not swept out. 3. The moving pads that had been pre-ordered were not available. They are about the only place in town, so I would have to "recommend them" with cautions. They were friendly, but just not a great experience. Average.

Excellent service and equipment. I know that customer experiences can differ from location to location, but the business model of having independent business owners represent U-Haul can be especially effective. When you have a great little family run store like J.R.'s Furniture applying their personalized customer service to a company with a national footprint like U-Haul. The result is the best of both worlds.

Couldnt print out contract (seems to be a common thing according to reviews). I was lied about purchasing insurance saying it was mandatory.Vehicle wasnt clean. Overall, a lot of improvement needed.

Proprietor said her internet was down but I didn't see a computer, maybe she uses her phone. I had to speak to a Uhaul rep over her phone to finalize the transaction.

When i rented the truck i left it at the location i rented it. I didnt need to use the truck and when i went to drop the keys off the next day they didnt open like they said they were going to be. Then they called me to say they could refund everything except the rental and for me to come to there store on my lunch break. Except when i waisted my lunch to go there they were rude telling me that what i was going to do was call uhaul that they weren't going to help me get my refund. So in conclusion i wouldnt even refer for anyone to ever use uhaul that they will just steal your money and there representatives are rude to the customers. So thanks thieves.

VERY poor service. Got my reservation incorrect ( reserveda tow dolly and they reserved an auto transport). Had absolutely no help hooking up tow dolly or checking lights etc. office supposed to open at 9AM was close to 9:30 when someone finally showed up. First time customer would have been at a loss.

I called 3 times... once the night before… Twice ahead of time to make sure they had all of the equipment ready for me… Dollies, furniture movers. They confirmed the items were there and ready. When I arrived… As I was filling out my paperwork… The items arrived five minutes later. They were lying to me the entire time. When I had issues on the tail end concerning drop off location they were less than helpful.

The rental return attendant needs to pay more attention before entering and finalizing the rental return. Or have the customer double check what they have documented. Attendant read the vehicle's fuel level incorrectly which could have easily been prevented if he had taking a little time to have his work checked.
