Only one person knew the system and they were not there. Then the man that put on the car puller did not secure it properly due to not being trained with them. When I tried to load up the car the dolly popped off the ball from not being secured down all the way. When it popped up it rammed in the back of the vehicle denting and putting a big scratch up the back. When I tried to report it I was told the guy that handles it was not there to call back tomorrow. I called back and got the same answer.

The experience I went through was time consuming, I was suppose to pick up my Tow dolly at 9:00 am I left the place at 10:10 am it took just that long for me to get the tow dolly and paper work from them. And I was told by them that I was the one who had to do all the hooking up and I found out that they were the ones who suppose to do all the hook ups.
