I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time and had to wait 30 minutes before i could talk to a sales associate and get my truck because there was only one employee working. she was very busy, it wasn't her fault, she did a good job. They should schedule more than one employee on Saturday mornings to provide better service to their customers.

Why reserve a certain size truck that they don't have it when you go to pick it up? Gave us wrong address to pick it up. We ended up somewhere 10 miles north in a pasture!!!! Not enough staff there. We waited in line for 1HOUR before being helped. It's terrible that when you pick up the UHAUL that you have to have to move that same day and they don't know why it's not there. I wasn't the only one having to deal with same issue that morning. 3 others were also being told they had to SETTLE for smaller trucks. There is a reason you reserve the size that you do!! YOU CAN'T FIT ALL YOUR STUFF IN THE SMALLER ONES WITHOUT AN EXTRA TRIP !!!! Very disappointing

I had to go 40 miles one way to pick up truck thats 80miles to my loading area and the lady wouldnt gv me the xtra miles since my trip didnt include picking up truck even if it was the only uhaul that had a 10ft in my town i dont understand why i had topay that xtra 80miles on too if the 124 for my trip

It was a little after 7 Pm when I got to U-haul to drop off my auto transport. One of the employees, Kyle, was already off the clock and informed me that U-haul had closed at 7pm. He however stayed, on his own time, and helped me unload my vehicle, and unhook the auto transport. Great job Kyle, your actions defines the term " Good Customer Service". Thanks Kyle

Phillip Jarmon at this location is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He was rude, aggressive and acted violently towards customers. He almost got in a physical altercation with the gentleman in line in front of us. When my wife told him that he needed some sort of customer service, he laughed at us and seem very threatening I won't ever use Uhaul again because of this man.

Not the locations fault, but Uhaul's as a company. I reserved a 26' truck and was quoted $390 including movers when I made the reservation online. When I went to pickup, they had to change it to a "one way" rate which included 48 hours (only needed 24), 220 miles (only needed 170) and only had a 20' truck available FOR THE SAME PRICE at the bigger truck. This increased the cost to $490 and we still had to come back to get another trailer because we couldn't fit in the 20' and cost me an additional $100. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The movers you all sent out also damaged some of my furniture beyond repair.

ordered a dolly and pads, guy behind desk said dolly and pad were in truck, got to house neither were there. uhaul should be more professional in there business. also witness customer in front of me be told his truck wasnt there and had to settle for smaller truck, he was very upset. made me nervouse because i also had 26 truck, but mine was there.

When I returned the truck the manager said the new employee he had just hired didn't bother to show up for his first day at work. The manager's conduct was professional and courteous and although he was having to cover the location by himself he did a good job of handling our return. I suggest hiring some additional staff who are mature enough to show up for work so this manager will have the help he deserves.

I had signed up for the express checkout. It took almost 30 minutes. It appears they were short handed inside, yet had several employees outside. This threw my schedule off thoughout the day and cost me money. If it wasn't for another manager from another store stopping by it would have taken even longer. No apology was given for the excessive time loss. The equipment was clean. It did have a couple of plastic things left by the previous customer left on the trailer, and the damage was clearly marked with an X. I loved the springloaded drop down gate. The location was clean and organized. The contract did not have the extended time of 24 hours printed on it, which also rushed me throughout the day, having it in my mind I would be charged extra if it was not returned by that evening. I had called the 800 number to confirm this, but it still was not updated in the system.

The dolly I has rented had many problems from shifting my vehicle upon release from tow straps to one wheel ramp ejecting itself from dolly when coasting down freeway.
