Ashley B.When I made reservation I was quoted $99 plus tax, but when I picked it up, I was not given a copy of the contract I signed on an IPad. I was told that they mailed me one, but it was not received. Credit card was charged $129. Without contract I cannot see why the difference.
Jerry C.My husband dropped the trailer off and they didn't look at it to make sure we hadn't damaged it (we hadn't). They didn't give him any documentation showing that he turned it in. He called back and they said he would get an email stating that it was returned. We did get the email. But don't you think that was a little odd ?? This location was in my home town. Would not recommend.
