DENNIS ZThis was our second stop after our guaranteed location did not have the equipment. Not a big deal, it was close. People at both locations were friendly and courteous.
JAMES SI had requested a hand truck and furniture dolly at the time I made the reservation, but neither were provided or left in the truck. Although I wasn't charged for it, there was no communication fron the rental location regarding lack of availability. The pickup process using the app was difficult and very time consuming.

However, I wasted 15m trying to do the app check in and gave up because the process was so laborious, especially when you guys asked for multiple photos of myself, drivers license, etc. It's an honest turn off with respect to even using you guys - really need to step up the app game.
