Angel PHonor the appointment and equipment requested. I requested a 17’ truck which was switched to a 20’ truck. I called to confirm the change and time for pick up. I woke up at 4am to pick up a 20’ truck at 5 Am appt. There was no 20’ truck available. I called and got switched to another location and to a 26’ truck. Once I got to the new location, I could not do the check in and had to call AGAIN. The lady explained to me that the previous lady did not update the system. I had a total of almost 2 hrs delay which increased my trip time, and the truck was HUGE and did not fit my driveway, had to unload on the street. A headache! The truck was dirty and left my garage with footsteps and bags dirty.
