the personnel were nice but the truck storage compartment was very dirty. I had to go to a car wash to clean it before loading anything.
paul hMake the equipment more available. The truck we were looking for was only available in town and we had to drive all of the way to Billings to get the truck at our own cost and then the rate was raised for the rental. I will most likely use a different company next time. However the people working there were extremely polite and went above and beyond in trying to locate equipment.
