When I picked up my truck it was very dirty in the back. A refund should be issued.

Russell R.I never get the receptionists name, but she is very nice to work with every time. I get a U-Haul for all of our events and this location is convenient to my house. The only recommendation I would give would be to make sure the interior smells better. I know most people don't care but I felt like I stunk every time I got out of the U-Haul this weekend; it smelled like someone had smoked in it. Maybe add some air fresheners? Otherwise, great location to work with!
