Reserved a 20-foot truck at this location. Got a call from U-Haul saying the truck was not available needed to go further away to get the truck, the manager would not give me a break on the mileage. So then reserved a 15-ft truck at this location. When I got there there was no 15 truck but there was a 20-foot truck. Your reservation process is broken and the people do not know what they are doing. Otherwise, the people at this location did a great job to help get me the equipment I needed.
