The app and process for pickup and dropoff is not at all convenient or intuitive, and if the internet connection is not perfect, the process is even worse. In part, due to weak internet connection, it took me between 30-40 minutes to complete the pickup process online and the return was just as difficult due to the amount of pictures required. Uploading 5 pictures of the returned truck at the same time on a weak signal was ridiculous. I waited so long for the upload the first time, it times out and I had to start over. It was extremely frustrating and I would not recommend online check in/ check out to anyone.
