I got charged double the rate they had told me. And I only had the trailer for 2 hours. They cherged me $124 for a trailer. Im not happy and will probably never rent from them or uhaul again if I dont get this resolved

The truck was nearly brand new. The radio speakers were bad. Left side didn’t work. Once I returned the truck, I was way over charged for cleaning because I forgot my coffee cup in it. I was charged $143 for for driving it 45 miles. I’ll probably never rent another I haul again. I’m vary disappointed. I’ve never been charged like this from I haul before.

When I got there I was told I would "Have to Purchase the $10 insurance because the truck was NEW". I called customer service and they called the location and straightened things out. Jacob at the location was extremely helpful. I was the the phone for more than 25 minutes with UHaul offices before they helped me.

Had problems with the system being down and waited two and half hours to get our paperwork done asked if he could at least allow us to check in that long he said yes but didn't do it. Got to drive away at 11:42am and my paperwork said 10:47am. Was a little upset over that. But everything else was great.

>Truck was not rent-able due to flat tire. Told to come back. >Came back and said truck was rent-able but no spare tire. >Inside cab area had trash behind the seat and the floor area was not clean. > Oil warning message was flashing and staying on during the whole rental that ,CHANGE OIL SOON. >Then the low tire indicator came on saying tire or tires needed air. >I wanted to rent the truck for two days and the paperwork said it was for three. Brought it to the attendants attention and he said not to worry about it. Just bring it back when your done. >Brought the unit back Sat. morning and found hand note saying they were gone for the weekend. Oh and two other customers also came up and said you would think they would of put it on the web site seeing how they were listed they were open on their website. >Then when I got my final bill and compared it from the original quote and all the additional charges that were never explained to me or that these additional charges would be charged. Needless to say..............I'm not a happy camper and someone needs to have a coming to Jesus talk with this location operators .

You could start by training your customer service representative to actually focus on customer service. also making sure truck is safe to drive and functioning properly helps. Can you call to change a reservation you probably shouldn't yell at your clients. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul in the 15 years I have been loyal. And to only compensate for half of the extra gas used in the truck that was not working properly is not an acceptable compensation for the rack of customer service the fear of driving the piece of junk truck and the emotional turmoil from being screamed at by your employees. I will never deal with Uhaul again. I hope that is okay with you losing 15 years of business.
