Tried contactless check in & had issues with lock. Front door of location locked & no one to assist. Eventually car arrived with two occupants, obviously from location, who did nothing to assist & indicated it was not a U-Haul office. U-haul Serviceman who eventually arrived after we drove to main uhaul depot for assistance, indicated location had not provided a contact he could train.

Truck had cigarette butt in the ashtray and was muddy.
Put the truck key in the actual lock box, not the key to the office where the customer has to find the truck key inside the office. It's confusing and takes up more time than it should.
The self check in process through the phone was frustrating. It got stuck on the verification stagr and stalled for 5-10 minutes. I ended up having to call someone, they said the system was going slow and they had to manually push through the verification and give us the lock code over the phone. We appreciated the help but this all delayed us by about 20 minutes. When you're trying to move you want this process to be quick and seamless because you already have a full busy day ahead.
First if all was some kinf of drywall chips in the trailer had to sweep it out. When I returned trailer no one was around had to park trailer myself and unhook it.
No one was there to handle my reservation. There where no keys in the drop box. Very unprofessional

There was a significant lack of organization in this facility. Firstly, the doors to the building were locked when my friend and I attempted to enter, at 1pm- not sure why. The associate assisting my friend and myself was unfamiliar with new policies which we found unprofessional. There was a lack of clear instructions regarding the utilization of the U-Haul van. We were not given any instructions on returning the van, resulting in your company sending us an email for not returning it when we did in fact return the van to same location where we picked it up. Overall the lack of organization and communication between your company and I was unacceptable and should not occur with your future customers.
They did not arrive on location until 10:15am, 15 minutes after their scheduled open hours then had computer problems. There was one customer picking up a truck ahead of me, it was a lengthy experience. I reserved online to cut the time down. U-Haul should Souce our more professional locations.
You need more parking spaces for people to use when coming to get rental equipment.
They charged me for moving bags and dollies and I did not use them. I was with them when they checked the truck upon drop off and they said everything was fine, but then went and charged me extra after I left. Not sure why the â€˜two faces'. Leaves me very sceptical and untrusting. Upon calling them they conveniently did not answer.
Pickup time was suspose to be @ 5:30 PM and I had to wait for the guy to get there to do up the contract.He got there and had no Internet on his computor and had to do it on his cell phone.He then Emailed it to me on my phone which I did not have internet for so I couldn't read it.So I left with the truck and left a $120.00 dollar CASH deposit.I couldn't read the contract until the next day after he informed me that I had to refuel the truck to where it was when I got it.I would of thought it would have been full when I picked it up,it was just over half a tank.Are you suspose to guess how much fuel you used.When making out the final bill I was told that I had booked the $30.00 insurance when I had IN Fact booked the $15.00 insurance.Then he rechecked the contract again and said that I was right.He said the The $120.00 Cash deposit had covered the complete rental including mileage and the fuel I used.Still I have no paper work to have for my records,not a good thing in my way of thinking.Not everyone has a fancy phone the get's email's ETC.all the time,mine only works when I am at home or at a WIFI hotspot.

Representative was courteous, professional, and responded patiently to my inquiries about the process.
Truck was not returned in the system until two days after drop off date. Received numerous calls from uhaul call center supervisor lucy, who blamed me as the customer for the inability of the dropoff location, yelled at me, failed to apologize after on her own terms and proved that customer service and management is not important to uhaul. Situation was handled extremely unprofessional by all uhaul staff involved in the drop off. Will never willingly use uhaul again and will share my experience to ensure a company with such a terribly run customer service department receives less business. If you can't get your customer facing staff to respect a single customer, you've lost your credibility and don't deserve any further business.
Ran into to many issue with the online rental. Also recieved my bill and got charged 20+$ for gas which i already put in. Hopefully can fix this issue following the weekend. To many problems to report over a message
I would love to rent a dump version of the 6x12' tandem trailer. The problem currently is that when I fill the trailer with brush it takes 30 minutes to unload, so I'm considering next time going to home Depot to rent their dump trailer... but if you guys had one I would gladly rent it from UHAUL. But overall the trailer did exactly what I expected and I was pleased.

Truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas. Cab had empty water bottles and blankets. Back of truck was not swept.
The blankets I ordered were not there but this was quickly rectified. The person getting the truck ready for us was a mechanic for Elite Fine Cars and not a U-haul representative. He was a great guy and really worked at getting us setup but would have been faster if things were more organized. Overall very good experience.
Provide parking. Have rates consistent with those advertised.
Had to wait half n hour for the concerned person to get the truck. No blankets available. They didn't update the return record for next two days even after return and I started getting calls/email from uhaul tuck recovery department that I have not returned the truck. Had to make calls and eventually run to place again to ask them to update the return record. I wonder why uhaul started calling be emiling me for lost truck instead of checking with the location first. It was quite a stress for no reason.
I would not recommend this location to any one. Poor service, poor attitude by the attendant. We had to wait 45 minutes as no one showed up at the location to process the rental.
After picking up the truck, I noticed that the mileage was higher that stated on my contract. I called the location and they were in the process of fixing it. Casey Roberts called me personally to assure me that it would be fixed and gave me his personal cell number in the event that there were any issues. I was charged for excess mileage but a quick call to Casey and a refund was processed. A big thank you to Casey for promptly dealing with the matter!
The drop off location was a small used car lot with minimal parking availability. The instructions for after hours drop off were not very clear. I called the drop off location the following day during business hours to make sure everything was ok, there was no answer and to date have not received a call back from my voicemail message. There was an actual U-Haul location approx. the same distance as this location but I was told to return to this location.
