The Calistoga location is on a very busy corner. You have to watch very carefully to avoid cars going through the intersection.

Had to drive 100mi out of my way to pick up truck.Two locations cancelled due to your overbooking.Also less than 24 hr notice.Awful experiance,will not use u-haul in the future.

The employees at both the pick up and drop off locations we courteous and did their jobs well. The experience with the reservation itself was a nightmare. Your corporate employees were not helpful and made the registration process lengthy and difficult. I made 4 calls ahead of the day, trying to determine if we could actually get the vehicle we wanted. Because of the holiday I was promised a confirmation call on the 24th. I never received any call. On the rental day, after an hour of red tape, my husband left to fill the tank.....the mileage was incorrect and he had to go back to th rental location. This was a terrible experience. We will never use your company again.

No one in your organization had any knowledge of the after hours procedures. If I didn't have a smart phone I would have been unable to complete the check-in process. No where was this made known to me until I arrived at my destination. There was inadequate parking available at the destination. I had to struggle to fit my large truck into a space that was not illegal to park. It would be a good idea to warn receiving sites of incoming traffic so they can assure adequate after hours parking space.

The express check-in is not smooth or obvious on how to use it.I had to keep the van for 1 more day and they made it happen, even though they had another person waiting.Thank You, Ray.I used Budget the week before in Napa.Uhaul is so much better.

I had reservation for 11 am and called to let them know I would be 15 minutes late. I could not reach anyone so I called a secondary number and was told they were out on a tow. Someone(tow driver finally arrived at 12:30 and I was one the road by 12:45, so 1 1/2 hours late.

We had a 15 foot truck reserved for 9am. It was not available when we arrived. Rented a 10 foot truck loaded it and they called at approximately 10am. to say the 15 foot truck arrived. I ended up paying for 2 trucks instead of 1. I should be receiving a refund from Uhaul!



Everyone who works at this convenient location is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. It always a pleasure to deal with them.

You should have a correct current inventory online. I made a pick up reservation for 10', but they only had 15'. I don't believe it's a fair practice to charge me for a bigger truck I didn't need and didn't reserve. Guy at the counter refused to adjust the price.

There was Sat. traffic and I filled up the tank and got there 5 minutes after they closed at 3:00 pm. I did my best. I was glad they had a drop off box. I had to unload the truck myself and tried to get it back as soon as I could.?I was given 6 days, but I know summer is busy so I rushed to return it as soon as I could .

I received a collection notice from a debt collection company for $77.50 because of a Golden Gate Bridge toll of $7.50 that I was charged for on 8/13/16 when I used your U-Haul truck. I never received a notice from your company that I needed to pay the bridge toll and I never received an invoice from the Golden Gate Bridge District because they didn't have my correct address. I would like to know your policy on bridge tolls so I can prevent this from happening again. It was not pleasant having to pay 10 times the amount of one toll crossing.
