We reserved a 12 x 8 trailer at the Oxnard location on saviors Blvd. and received a 6 x 8 trailer in Camarillo. Very inconvenient and unprofessional telling us one thing is available and calling and changing everything at the last minute.

The owner was terrible. Did not want to give out his name because of a mistake he made by not fully locking the back door of the truck yet reassuring me to drive off. The dollies and 1 furniture cloth fell off on the freeways without me realizing it

Te clerk on Camarillo location on 6/23 and 6/24/18,was very unresponsive, and very rude. He offered no help at all,on assisting connecting the equipment safety or provide anyinstructions,not even helping backing Up for safety. When we asked on directions on how use the equipment safety, he refers to us to"gogloe" the directions,or bring somebody else yo help us or comeback latter,since he had no idea.. He presented himself very upseat and frustated at all times. His customer skills and courtesy were very poor.

Golden Gate Storage in Camarillo, where I was directed to go, sent me to the Valero on Adobe Rd. Seems online failed to redirect me. Comments are for Valero which is just a gas station. Nothing special. Person at Golden Gate had an attitude. Asked me half a dozen questions such as when did I make reservation, etc....all of which would not bring up my rental. Seemed to just want to be an ass. Then said I needed to go to Valero and it happens a lot. Guy was really a jerk. Why drill a customer with useless questions?

Comments on truck minor damage not hilighted when the vehicle was rented. Only reading it upon return did i discover that i had taken responsibility for a leaky exterior. No problems but it made me feel uneasy at the end.

Was told it was going to be 29.99$ and 68 cents a mile.. when I got to the pick up location I was told the truck was double booked and someone reserved before us. With convincing we were able to take the truck. Returned the keys in the slot that we were told to return them to.. only to get charged 81.12$!!! The drive was only 11 miles. Outrageous!

Fire the lazy ass hole that works there. I never leave feedback anywhere but this guy was so fucking lazy when I returned the truck he made me take picture of the Odo and gas level and made me enter shit on the computer & wanted to hold my phone to look at the photo are you fucking kidding me? Then I had to then go back to the damn truck and prove to him that the dolly was in there by dragging it across the parking lot and returning it back to the truck after he seen that it was there! This by far was the worst coustomer service i have received this year! I will NEVER return to this location. I hope the dude that works there reads this but I doubt it, he is too damn lazy to do that too.

I was told there would be no charge for dolly and blanket use as long as they were returned properly stored. They were, however I was billed $15 for blankets. I wrote to the contact,given on my emailed invoice and got no reply.

I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to pick up this auto transporter because the representative (from a 1-800 number) said this was the nearest location it was available. I had gotten the moving truck the day before from Uhaul of Oxnard, where I wish I got the auto transport. This was very inconvenient and a change from the online order. Also, they did not tell me that I would need to know how to secure my vehicle myself. At the Uhaul place in Camarillo, the man stated that he usually does not help people load the vehicle because he is not authorized, but since he felt bad for me he would help. Now to feel completely annoyed and not off schedule to where I needed to be, I was also insulted as if I was supposed to be a Uhaul expert.. If someone told me this prior to the trip I would have just cancelled the auto transporter. I exlained to him that I have used Uhaul before and have NEVER had to do all the securement and connections myself. Along the way (350+ miles) I had to stop 2 times to re-secure my vehicle because it was not done correctly the first time. I am very lucky my car did not fall off the auto transporter. I have used this before in the past and this was the first time the tires came out of the securement ties/apparatus. On the second stop I felt there must be something very wrong and it wasnt just loosened. needing to be tightened as I thought the first stop. I then watched the Youtube how-to video and figured out the vehicle tires were not secured correctly in the first place that is why they kept coming off! the ties/rope were not aligned to the the center of the tire and the levers were left in the up-right unsecured position! Also, this should not matter, but I drive an expensive sports car, and I would have been devastated if it had fallen off. definitely will NEVER use Uhaul EVER AGAIN!

it sucked 2hrs. just for rental ,computer going down,girl didn't know what she was doing,I called customer service 3 times couldn't get through,I wanted discount , payed for 1 whole day ,checked out car hauler at noon by 5:00pm there calling me wanting it back they rented it out at 6:00pm the same day to someone else, I was calling trying to get a discount, I run a car dealership and wanted info on a dealer discount and a discount on my whole day rental rate, but couldn't even get through on different cust. service nubers! You guys suck!Customer service and this Retail store!
