Received a call that my location was changed from the Burnt Hickory location prior to my reservation pick up. I went to pick up the truck at the new location and there was no truck. I called customer service and they said my truck location was not changed and that it would be at the Burnt Hickory location. Went to the Burnt Hickory location and my truck was not at that location either. Had to call customer service and had to have my order changed again and was sent to a 3rd location to finally be able to pick up a truck. Then was charged way more than what I was originally quoted.
