Asked for in person drop off and got a drop off box outside a sign shop. Person on the phone said this was the only available for drop off.Just 3miles down the road leaving town was a large u-haul center. Would have made things a lot easier to return.
ROBERT A.If I decide to use the drop box instead of going inside I need to be made aware that there is a $20 charge for an after hours service fee. Had I known in advance I wouldn't have used the drop box but I was in a time crunch and I needed to leave. Overall the entire experience, from start to finish, was awful.
