This was our first time renting from U-Haul and could not get the app to work. All it took was a phone call to Mr. Dave and he was very helpful and helped use over the phone. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I was overcharged on mileage and paid for moving blankets but never received them

Diane HGot charged for insurance that I didn't want and for an appliance dolly that was not received, the people at the store have no idea what's going on and the man you have to call is a bit snippy.
George TPick up was quite challenging. I guess U-Haul changed my pickup to be a self checkout without telling me. Was a challenge getting in contact with the proprietor to get it worked out. Truck had a broken visor that constantly drifted into the driver's line of sight. The window crank handle was missing the knob.
