very smooth and easy
Takashi S.I returned the van within 24 hours, but was still charged for the original 48 hour contract because the dealer closed early on Saturday and is closed on Sunday. I returned it with more gas than I received it with only using 10 miles because I was afraid to use it very much. The dash indicator kept saying a door was open even after I repeatedly checked to make sure they were shut. There was also still trash in the cab from a previous user. I will probably need to rent trucks or vans in the future, but not from this vendor.
JOHNRICHARD B.Many people have to pick up the truck alone, maybe suggest where they're allowed to park their vehicles on the property.
Ruth S.Staff was not helpful. Lady who answered the phone gave me attitude, then gave me more when I arrived. Both times spoke as if she did not have time for me and carried herself with a unpleasant disposition. She seemed to be rude to other customers too. I also work in Customer Service, so I know how customers can tuff to deal with, but my situation certainly did not warrant it (only simple drop off that took a few mins).
