Rachets were rusty and hard to operate (sprayed them w/WD 40 which did the trick but definitely not the same quality as the rest of the trailer (which is excellent btw)

JOHN SThe bed of the truck was dirty and littered with cotton swabs. The primary complaint is that I requested a different pick up location that was more convenient to us, plus the office was closed at this office. We initially went to the office that I had requested, and then during a time crunch, had to go further away. We had a lot of difficulty using the QR code. Would have much preferred to deal with a human.
Andrew KA closer drop off location would have been nice. However, once you have dragged a trailer 1,200+ miles across the country another 30 or so is not the end of the world.
