The worst location EVER!! Joe was the biggest racist i ever seen at a uhaul...the WORST experience with uhaul EVER and i hope i will never go through something like that with uhaul again!!

The parking lot was a mess. Our vehicle was caught in the snow because NOTHING was done in the parking lot for people who had to drop off their trailers. It ended up costing us $250 just to get our vehicle out. Not to mention the worker of the shop was extremely rude and disgruntled that we had inconvenienced him by being stuck in his parking lot. Would never recommend this place again or UHAUL for that mater.

Overcharged! I rented a U-Haul a little past 3pm and was told I have until 3 the next day to return. I returned the vehicle around 2:50 pm the next day and the invoice states 3:03 so I was charged for 2 days! On top of that I was right around 20 miles and they reported that I went over 43 miles. If you don’t document every step you are opening yourself up to be scammed.

Hi my name is Toshonda Costley, I had a very bad experience with the truck. It failed mechanically and had no heat at all. It took 5hrs for someone to accomodate me. I reported the incident at 10:53pm. I never heard a response. I called back and roadside assistance shows up 4 hrs later. At this point it's 3:30am. I'm on the side of the road with my son on a work night and school night. It was a dangerous location and a extremely cold night. I spoke with customer service about the inconvenience. I was told that I wouldn't be charged. I have three different transactions pending on my card, which equals out to over $500. I spoke with customer service on yesterday about this issue. She assured me that it would be rectified and that I would not be charged due to the inconvenience and mechanical failure. I tried contacting the location of the pick-up several times and there was no answer. I will contact my attorney and call Wavy tv 10 news if someone doesn't handle this issue promptly. I expect those charges to be dismissed asap. This is the worse service that I've ever encountered. My contact Thank you!!!

The owner of the shop was not helpful, at all. "I can't help you since you used the online checkout." It took me 15 minutes to find the box where the truck keys were located Also, the app was less than user friendly. Definitely will not use this location, nor the online reservation app

The company that was storing your equipment was not willing to assist me in any way to hook up the trailer. I have pulled trailers in the past but it is heavy and had I been older, out of shape, or disabled it would been a show stopper. While the location was optimal for me, I was not at all pleased with the service.

No one there and getting charged 268 dollars more for an unknown reason. I already paid 68 dollars at the pick up location. I only had truck for 3hours and 10 minutes. Called customer service and they are looking into it. Highly displeased.

We did an after hours drop off and received a prompt receipt the next day. We need to move more over Labor Day weekend......any chance of getting a really big discount for double dips???? I've looked and Budget Rental is almost $200 less than U Haul and I prefer UHAUL. HELP!!!

The equipment was clean, but the left tail light was out (I left him a note when I returned the trailer). I was also charged for insurance that I don't believe I agreed to.

Very unfriendly. Forgot my keys on to my cat on counter could not drop off the truck till next morning he charged Me for another day....yeah my mistake but no need to charge me .....truck wasn't used by me or anyone else and was returned as soon as shop opened

No one answers the phone, ever. Dropped off rented equipment during hours they are listed as open and no one was there to accept the drop off. Saw UHaul trailers and trucks in the parking lot and received credit for returning the equipment but don't know if anyone actually works there.

This location did not have a technician that could hook up the trailer to my car. As a person with a back injury that force me to do the hookup in the heat using a car jack to lift the trailer. I will never rent equipment from a local outlet again. Also, they did not explain to me that the pads were rented vice purchased. Had I known that, I would have returned them with the trailer. First trailer we were given had a tail light out. The guy then told us to just take the other trailer in the parking lot without changing any of my paperwork. Less than 40 miles later I had a blown the and had to wait 3 1/2 hours for roadside assistance.

Before returning the truck, I looked for locations to return it. There was one in particular on 450 N Battlefied Blvd that had a bad rating stating the guy was rude. On the morning that the truck had to be returned, I received a text telling me to return to that store. The review was correct. The person was very short and rude. The truck had blankets that we had rented and a few boxes. The guy stormed out of the store and rudely stated, you're going to be charged for those boxes and blankets. I said we rented the blankets. He proceeded to say, they're not folded. Very rude. Please avoid.
