The lady was very unprofessional, rude, and she even accused me of stealing the keys when I handed them to her. Didn't want to swap trucks. I was in three for almost an hour.

Dashona CI had some difficulty getting a truck with USB for charging and Navigation. They offered me a truck with more mileage and No USB ports. I explained that I was moving from Chicago to Georgia and needed their best truck which they had but saving for another customer. It was only after I threatened to call the U-haul main office to get a truck from another location that they decided to let me have the better truck with much lesser mileage.
