Staff booking the one-way at the Route 35 location in Middletown assured us there were ample trucks to pick up there. (Manage customer expectations next time please). The day before pickup we got text for pickup at a location 15 minutes away. Then day of pickup, there was no U-Haul staff at participating location so field manager Kevin did the rental process all remotely from his phone. Kevin was very professional and courteous but the whole process (including the dropoff, see separate entry) was not great.
