They should not be allowed to rent or be associated with the name U-Haul! The number was out of order. Googled name of business and a different number came up. That one was out of order as well. Owners number was spray painted on office to contact so a code can be given to get in and get key. He never answered number. Too bad there was a place for me to upload pictures!

Kristine C.Uhaul representative was not available at location. Repair shop employees were helpful with calling uhaul (my phone was not functional and I was a 1/2 hour drive between Uhaul dropoff and RV park)...37 minute hold then connected and put back on hold for 32 minutes...so the employee used his phone to do online return. Frankie was patient and helpful.
