Great service and very helpful
CLARENCE SI appreciate the convenience of the location. I appreciate that the check-in was able to be completed without the facility being open. However, the amount of time it takes to do the self check-in is ridiculous. The fact that I had to stand outside and take all of those pictures and then inside and outside pictures is unacceptable. Basically, I feel that U-Haul has moved to a model where the customer is doing all of the work and U-Haul is doing nothing. I remember in the past renting a U-Haul truck and this was taken care of by the facility and not by the customer. U-Haul please reconsider your customer service model.
Tymisha RY’all was unprofessional something that was suppose to be a easy pick up took an hour to pick up I needed to put an additional person on the car instead of the one I had why idk but it was too much and too much hassle will not be back I hope this building burns down
RAJON SWhen making a reservation for a truck pick up immediately Customer Service should want the customers to download the U-Haul app It’s very important to fix all the problems. Two customers with me were waiting. I’ve been having problems with the app. That’s just a reminder. Thank you.
