Unprofessional agent in the morning, very rude was not upfront with me. Waited at least 45 min to have the contract done because agent would stop and help other clients who were buying other things. I had a budget for 200 and wanted to pay with my bank card and agent stated he rather have cash. I asked how munch he said 80,86 I went to ATM withdrew 100 and he did not give me my change at this point I was very frustrated for waiting so long and he stated I can give you your money back if you want. I said ok and he did something in computer and said but you will loose $18 some dollars. I told him I did not trust him and needed to call customer care and the lady from customer care only heard that I wanted change from 100 dollars and stated this " I am not sure what you want me to do ma'am because you have to give 100$ deposit which I don't mind because I always budget more but i was not told upfront. I thing that the people should have more training if uHaul want to be represented by them. It is unfortunate that I had to spend over 45min just to rent a truck and did not have all the info upfront like I said I budgeted 200 for truck rental and wanted to use my debit card but agent stated that he prefer cash then customer service agent did not listen to my complain when I called. Maybe it's the area where the truck was and that they don't treat people right because of who they are. That's very unfortunate that the service you get depend on the zip code you're in. Again I don't live in that area but that was the only place I found that would open late on saturdays. Very unprofessional.

This location was absolutely awful. I've used Uhaul over a dozen times and this was the most dreadful experience. Uhaul should be horrified this establishment carries its name. We were first in line to pick up our truck at 9am. The establishment is a convience store that was empty but open. I waited for 45minutes to get our truck. The clerk had absolutely no understanding of how to use the Uhaul system. I offered to check-in online (which I've done many times before and know it only takes 5minutes or less) and was told no. They had someone digitally access the computer from a remote location to try processing my check-in. I had to speak to that individual multiple times, and they also did not know how to complete the check-in. There was a major discrepancy in the rate versus what I was quoted online (over $50) and there was Zero willingness to discuss the matter or make any change. While my case was being processed (for 45minutes), the clerk would prioritize helping every customer that walked in. They would approach the register and be cashed out in under 60 seconds. During our wait, I'll share that the location was dirty and unpleasant which made the wait even more stressful. When the transaction was finally completed, the clerk was unable and unwilling to print me a receipt. And we had to get our own dolly and blankets from the store's back room. It was filthy, unorganized and not meant for customers. When we walked out with a dolly, we were told it was the wrong one, and we had to go back to the store's back-room to get a different one. No one walked around the truck with us, no one confirmed the mileage or gas. Luckily, I'm familiar with Uhual and took pictures of my own. If you want to improve this experience for the next customer, there either needs to be significant training or they should not be allowed to be a Uhaul location. I DO want someone to call me about this experience. It is critical to my ever working with Uhaul in the future.
