The guy put the hitch on ball and didn't tighten it down at all . Idrover two mills down the road went to stop hitch piped off tamed under the car and almost caused a wreck. I got out fixed it myself. I feel like I should get some reimbursement for my agony of going through that I ran it many of you halls in this is the first time I've had something like that happen your people need to be trained .Then called them and told them about it. I waited for 25 minutes to be greeted and checked out. Very disappointed.



Unfortunately, there's only one way in and one way out, unless you drive through the back. Repair the many pot holes in the parking lot, it's ridiculous. The ease of checking in-and-out was very simple. Probably need more lighting at night when people are returning their returns (for safety and security purposes).

we rented truck for 24 hrs-just in case! encourage customer to rent longer than what they need-we estimated getting to storage unit by 3pm-it was 10pm when we got there and 0330 when we left-also that the sunoco on hamilton on way to u-haul is not 24hr

My original reservation was at another location in Groveport, Ohio. They did not have a truck for me when I arrived. The Eastland location was the 3rd location that I went to before finding a truck. It cost me nearly 2 hours and a lot stress.

The breaks squeal really loud every time we went to stop and also and stead of the appliance dolly that I asked for I only got the little regular dolly. And when asked about the equipment policy not having the right equipment asked for you get $50 according to the website the guy said that doesn't apply because I used the little dolly he only refunded me the 10 they charged me for the appliance dolly I had requested.

I waited in line for an hour. There was only one person working and there was a line to the door. It is ashame that the employee was put into that position. I did not complain because it was not his fault that management did not manager properly. Kudos to the employee that did his best in a horrible situation.

Confusion on what I was told at pickup and drop off caused me to spend 90 dollars on gas unnecessarily. They would not reimburse me. Pick said to bring back full, drop off said same amount of gas at pickup. It was empty on pickup! So 90 dollars is out of my pocket and into theirs. Not fair! Should have been reimbursed for gas.
