The young man who helped me in and the lady who cleaned the vehicle got me right in there, took care of the business, took care of the last of the contract and they were excellent. I commended them both, especially the gentleman who was helping me out thanks a lot U-Haul. The trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas was on the one thanks again

The person who help us with checkout was great
Linda KRental Truck was very expensive and I didn’t feel safe on it. Also I suggest To have equipment at location we would like to rent it. I picked Torrance. CA on Hawthorne. however I was sent to Compton to an unsafe area.
Rocio DQuick and convenient a.c blows very cold. Only thing the unit was an older model but ran nicely.
William TI gave it 4 stars because my initial rental was unavailable and I had to go to an entirely different location but the process was quick and I got my credit for my reservation not being met so I bumping it to 5 stars.
