I rented a 10ft truck ,but when I got there she said I could only have a 16 ft.truck.Also you ask me witch location I would like to pick up at then when I get there you send me to another place.This happens almost every time.

This worker didn't process of equipment return, failed to do a walk-through check on equipment and didn't do nygib but give us problem and risk our lives. Awful Service!! Uhaul should revoke their authority to rent their equipment as the worker didn't check any of the equipment and I noted she didn't check another renter's equipment either.

Make sure driver seat in 10’ Van is fully adjustable. The one I drove had limited rearward movement. So I drove with knees aching on my one way move. The fuel efficiency gauge in the 10’ Truck seems useless.

The drop off location seemed very sketchy. It was dark and small. There was no distinguishing indication that this was even a U-Haul location. I almost didn’t drop the U-Haul off until I pulled into the parking lot and noticed the “Authorized Dealer” sign and drop box, otherwise I wouldn’t have, but I was tired and had been driving all day. I did receive my receipt today and everything checked out.

No one was available at the drop off location and after I returned the equipment a full day early the then charged my credit card for an additional day. If this in not resolved immediately I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company

Not happy at all that we rented a truck after hours to find out it didnt have a ramp. Also not happy at all that the location rep called to get info about someone stuck on their property but never properly addressed the fact that we paid for 2 trucks due to lack of information on the website. Did like the convenience offered for people who work.

Everything was good except I think $169.01 was extremely high for a 20' truck going one way and did not even use the allotted miles. You are seriously over priced.

Better communication within the company. I was 2 days past my drop off because the customer service extended my rental until the 29th in July. I brought the trailer back on the 31st, and the lady tried telling me that I owe $141. I was told I would not be charged any extra until after the 29th. That, at most, should be no more than $40.

Uhaul had very poor communication and overall experience was frustrating and made our move so much more stressful than what it needed to be. The truck we received was in poor condition. We made sure to spend the extra money on insurance and we were given a truck with a drivers side door that wouldn't even shut all the way. For the entire drive, we had to listen to amplified road noises and deal with the weather coming inside the cab. Then when we returned the truck, we were charged for a "missing dolly" that we never received in the first place. I called and they confirmed that it hadn't been put in our truck, and I was told that they would take care of it and remove the fee, but a week and a half later I noticed the full, original amount with the missing dolly fee had been removed from my account, and they didn't even inform me of the transaction until the next day. When I called to figure out why I was still being charged for the dolly, they told me they had put a check in the mail for the over charge instead of just fixing the price. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied and will not be using Uhaul again if I have to move again.
