Everything was good except I think $169.01 was extremely high for a 20' truck going one way and did not even use the allotted miles. You are seriously over priced.

Better communication within the company. I was 2 days past my drop off because the customer service extended my rental until the 29th in July. I brought the trailer back on the 31st, and the lady tried telling me that I owe $141. I was told I would not be charged any extra until after the 29th. That, at most, should be no more than $40.

Uhaul had very poor communication and overall experience was frustrating and made our move so much more stressful than what it needed to be. The truck we received was in poor condition. We made sure to spend the extra money on insurance and we were given a truck with a drivers side door that wouldn't even shut all the way. For the entire drive, we had to listen to amplified road noises and deal with the weather coming inside the cab. Then when we returned the truck, we were charged for a "missing dolly" that we never received in the first place. I called and they confirmed that it hadn't been put in our truck, and I was told that they would take care of it and remove the fee, but a week and a half later I noticed the full, original amount with the missing dolly fee had been removed from my account, and they didn't even inform me of the transaction until the next day. When I called to figure out why I was still being charged for the dolly, they told me they had put a check in the mail for the over charge instead of just fixing the price. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied and will not be using Uhaul again if I have to move again.

Made reservation for Prince street location. It was closed. Had to change plans and go across town to pick up. Poor customer service. The lady at Oak st. Was friendly enough

I was running late for my 12pm pickup, finally got there a few minutes past 1pm, and a handwritten sign said went to lunch be back at 2. Sat and waited until 2:15 before anyone showed up. The office? was dirty and messy. I had already done the online check in. She said this is a new computer and it doesn't work, so I had to wait even longer while she reentered all my information. Van was dirty and smelled of smoke, poor shape on outside. Definitely would NOT recommend!

Since this wad our first time for truck rental, this lady did not help us understand about mileage (even though she knew our story) . Now Uhaul is charging an additional fee that I don't feel I owe. So if I rent a Uhaul truck in the future, I will figure out my own mileage. I will then have a figure to work with. I suggest all of you do the same. Do not depend on the Uhaul representative.

The location was fine, the service good, truck was clean. It can be inconvenient to go across the street to get the uhaul vehicle, since traffic on the road can be quite busy at times.

I did not have a chance to go inside of this location, because I dropped the truck off after hours. I tried calling the next day to make sure everything was okay with the it, but to no avail, no one answered the phone. I called all day and got no answer. I called U-Haul customer service to check on the truck, and the customer service operator tried calling them also and got no answer. Their hours were 8:00-4:30. I guess they just didn't answer the phone.
