It was dark It was hard to find there was nobody there, because it was nighttime. When I dropped off the vehicle, it was very hard to find this location because it's hidden and I did not see a sign luckily on the second pass. We saw a U-Haul sitting there. The site is very tiny.This is a no parking spots

RICHARD PI ordered an additional furniture pallet, and it was not there; I was charged for it. There was no one there to question it. All in all I was on a deadline to move something, but I will encourage all to no use unless it’s a simple move… no additional items.
