Well I had to go out of my way to pick this trailer up since I rented it on line at a place close to my house and I had to go pick it up somewhere else. Couldn't get the lights to work and sales person didn't even care. I was told not to pull it at night. I was not given any paper work just sent on my way.

I had to hook up the trailer myself and go back inside and ask if he would check to see if it was hooked up properly. Also the trailer was dirty. Dirt and a spill of some sort. I cleaned it prior to loading. Shouldn't have to.

The truck was clean and mechanically fine but the people who checked us out and back in were not trained. First woman looked us up on the computer and found us but did not use our reservation and caused us to be charged higher than we were supposed to be. She then said she couldn't fix it so I had to call Uhaul and talk to them. The check in woman couldn't figure out how to charge us for the mileage because she couldn't find what the trucks mileage was when we picked the truck up when it's right there on our contract. Overall very frustrating at the source but the truck itself was fine.

The check in and out process was a very unnecessarily time consuming process. I did early check in and everything. When I got the truck the door would not come down and the area manager helped me with that... While driving the instrument panel cluster would lose it and you couldn't see your speed. The people were slow but very nice and the truck was a heaping "pile".. however it did get the job done.

Poorly trained staff. Picked up trailer no payment was taken no receipt given. When I brought trailer back they could not find my order, they had no record of me renting the trailer. After half an hour at the store I finally paid for the rental.no receipt was given, was told printer not working that I will get an email as my receipt.

First and foremost, The area of the place is not friendly at all. There were beer bottles on the floor and cigarettes everywhere. When we walked inn we where ignored as the lady was counting money. It could tell that it was very challenging for the lady to set up thee app because it took a while to get everything ready. As we where dropping the truck off we met a man who was also not happy at all with the service of the place I would highly NOT recommend this to anyone in some sort or form.

This apparently was a subcontractor or secondary dealer location, but was the closest location open on Sunday when I needed additional equipment. This put me in a situation where the additional equipment required my returning it to this specific location (as dealer noted on my paperwork). When I returned with the equipment & truck I found the establishment closed during posted "open" business hours and without a "key drop". The owner closed because his primary business "gasoline" ran out earlier in the day. So here I am with truck & equipment and I'm unable to return it. Obviously a 7 day a week business in this geographic location needs a 7 day a week operator. Two other close by location are closed on Sunday. Monday return was not a option, I was obligated 90 miles away and Tuesday, the day I did return the truck, required a 180+ mile round trip. Not a happy ending. The consultation prize was that the job & move was a success. I do wonder how I would have made out with U-Haul if my time or mileage had not "just luckily" worked out as it did. No 5 stars here on Sunday.

The truck has an electrical problem. While driving the dashboard registers nothing. I can't tell how fast in going how much gas is ing the tank etc. I didn't get to use the truck. The owner of the gas station kept giving me the run around and I still had to pay for it. I have a video of the dashboard while driving to prove it.

I had to make several u-turns to get to the drop off location. As a result, the drop off was a few minutes late resulting in a extra day fee. The people were nice enough

When I booked it said unlimited miles, she only gave me 30. It took forever to get the truck, there were no other customers at that time. And the original place I booked for did not have a truck, so I had to go there, and they did not have the truck size I requested. Nothing went right from start to finish. Very unhappy.

The truck was 1/2 full of gas, dirty cab and dirty box, I told the attendant that the gas was half full and she game me a check in condition stating this. I also witnessed an employee moving the truck, not mine, and he had to be told that he ran into the other truck.

The truck I reserved online was not available at this location so I had to take a smaller one and they didn't bother to change the price for the inconvenience The "50 dollars guarantee" promise does not work I'm still waiting for someone to contact me about this issue
