The location name needs to be changed. It is no longer called Dekalb Tool Rental. Everything else was perfectly fine.
Taylor HThe U-Haul key box, that needs to be improved as if it were not for my grandson, I would Never have been able to get that key container open. Or, make sure you are picking up at a time when the key can be handed to you.
NORMA NThey answered the phone immediately when I called to make sure it was okay to drop off the equipment. Upon arrival, I offered to unhook the trailer but they insisted that they would do it for me. Again, very professional and very courteous. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
