The reservation process was easy and the truck was ready and parked right outside. The location staff is fantastic! I wish I would have caught the staff member's name that morning; he was so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this location!

I picked up the van after dark. The location of the lock box for keys is not very well lit.
