Front office lady was amazing. She tried her hardest to get a hold of a manager and then a district manager and had zero luck making any contact. It will us almost two hours to check out. I was assigned the incorrect uhaul. The computer system kept shutting down. I did not want to use the card I used to reserve with but she could not get the pay to work on the phone and she tried two different sources. The lack of leadership assisting their employee was disappointing and the amount of time I had to sit there was insane. I did not have that extra time to sit there like that. I really hope that location can get better management to support their staff that is trying to assist paying customers. Over 800 dollar paying customer.

DALE TThe pick up location was changed at the last minute so that we had to add an extra 20 miles and another hour to the pick up process, which was very inconvenient. Otherwise the pick up went smoothly and the lady at the desk was very cordial and efficient.
