I made a reservation for another location, closer to my place. The day before picking up the truck U-Haul representative called that they changed the pick up location to further away. There was no assistance there, the instructions on the app did not work or match the truck in the parking lot. The key in the drop box was for a different truck. We had to wait for someone to come and help us in person, which made our moving delayed an hour and half. It was a terrible experience, I do not wish to repeat ever!
