Aliyah, the regional manager for Uhaul in Denver, tried to charge me with theft of my own vehicle and ruined the life and mind of my client. Uhaul spent all their time blaming me for the missing truck and zero time trying to find the stolen items. Shame on you dirty lazy motherfuckers. Rot in hell for all time, you insolent fools.

The U-Haul software system is TERRIBLE. The staff at this location are fantastic though. Please double and triple check reservations prior to calling the customer (over and over and over), you have a lot of computer glitches. Had three separate authorizations charged to my debit card, which was a PIA, probably more computer glitches. Fire your IT guy(s)/gal(s).

The truck had garbage all over the floor and did not smell pleasant. The passenger mirror was also very loose and would not stay in place. This made it almost impossible to change lanes, not to mention very dangerous. We did not have a good experience using UHaul.

The issues had nothing to do with the location the employees or the service offered there. In fact, they were fantastic. My issue came about when I tried to self check the vehicle. My authorized driver could no longer make it and after almost 2 hours on the phone trying to change the authorized driver, it still didn't work. To the point where the online application was giving me an error and I couldn't load it anymore. I reset the browser, deleted cookies, logged in/out about 50 times... nothing worked. In short it could not be fixed over the phone and ended up requiring me to wait until the location's office was open the following day. This system needs a serious update and if there is an issue with the id or verification is rejected or anything along those lines, the person doing the review should be required to call the individual whom placed the order. Other than that, the automated customer service and system you offer is extremely antiquated, not flexible to meet this decades standards and needs a serious revamp. UHAUL lost me as a customer.

Gave us a larger truck because they didn't have the smaller truck we reserved even though we were told it would be there. The reservation was made on line so they were aware and we checked-in the day before. They closed at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday? Seriously?

They called me three days later asking why I was late to return the trailer, when in fact I'd already returned in an entire day before the deadline. Would not recommend dropping off at this location, it's too understaffed and the people are friendly but they clearly forget to check in equipment (even after being told to just leave it, it'd be fine).

Black guy who ran the desk was exceptional. we were an oddball and he tried hard to find a way through your procedures to get a fair solution for everyone. He starts sentences with ... well "maybe we could... " instead of "the problem is ..." when confronted with a weird situation. Great guy ... solution/customer oriented. Hang on to him.
