I request in store pickup, when I showed up the store was closed. Additionally the mobile checkout process was a joke and did not release the code to the lock box. The truck was not sanitized (covid) since it was not checked in and gone overbefore I took procession. Other then that the truck ran well.
My preference Is a rental vehicle be on full when picked up. Prior to return the driver needs fill the gas tank. This eliminates the need to guesstomate how much fuel to add. Yes there was a chart but full out full in makes it easier.

The online check on of the return vehicle is VERY efficient from the instructions on how to take pictures to the prompt confirmation that I was in the right spot and everything was done. I had called ahead a few days before because I knew I was going to drop the trailer off when they were closed and the last who answered was very helpful.
