Be on time for reservations. Have basic assessories (had to drive to another location for a standard 2†ball. Lastly, maintain and inspect your equipment.. I was driving half way across the country and I was sent off with a bad tire that ultimately led to not being able to stop the trailer and I was charged 165$ in a reckless driving citation. Pitiful, and painful experience. From now on it's PENSKE. Ps where can I post a picture of the tire?
theresa H.Only issue with truck is that the A/C was not working well, felt like it was stuck on defrost. Not comfortable on a very HOT day.

jim C.Well first of all make sure you have the items online to be available when you show up because I ordered half dozen moving blankets and when I showed up they had none zero zippo. Not good for business.
