Did not receive dollys I ordered. Location closed and I had to pick up truck by an app which I didn't like. Any time I called Uhaul for help on the pick up I was constantly on hold for long periods of time.

I did my part to make pick up as fast an easy for everyone I paid online ,had copies of my i.d. uploaded an requested what I needed the guy in charge of leasing the u Haul was not on time an resulted in me getting a really late start in the day but over all he was pretty nice .

This location was a complete disgrace. The truck had peanuts inside of the car under the drivers dise. I sent in a photo. I had an issue trying to return my truck the following day and attempted 3 times online. There was an ERROR msg that generated stating the error was on “our” end referring to the uhaul website. I went out my way to contact customer service and was instructed by an agent to keep the key and return it the following day- NOT the truck i left the truck at the Location- I kept the key afraid something happens and it falls on me. The next day on 8/27/18 I planned to drop the key off directly after work. I was called and left a Voicemail by the “owner” - Billy J Dhue. I called back to let him know what occurred and when I did he was beyond Rude. He spoke very unprofessional, completely nasty, insulted my intelligence by stating there was NO ERROR, he asked me “what error do you speak of?” “There was no error you just didn’t know what you were doing “ he then claimed that i “wanted to keep the key”. Which baffles me, why would I want to keep a key, but not the truck?? For that i would’ve kept the truck as well. He cut me off everytime I began to speak. He then hung up on me, continued to put me on hold each time i called back, and then he decided to either block my calls or take the phone off the hook so it was a “busy signal” I have NEVER received such service from ANY company I used. He used a tone that was simply mean and nasty. It made me felt not safe going to the facility on my own. Since I am new to the state and had no one to come with me, I decided to call U-haul customer service and I am happy to state that I reached the PERFECT representative. Her name is Pat and she works on the corporate end. Pat took her time to LISTEN to me and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to note my account and stay on the phone with me until I got to the location so that she can be on speaker and hear how Billy handled his customers. This man initially greeted me and then begin to get very short with me after I told him who I was and then again got nasty. He didn’t care to answer why he spoke to me in such a manner, he actually denied ever being rude to me he lied and said i was the one who got nasty with him. He was rude cut me off as i spoke, didn’t want to clarify his name, he did not care to see the 3 screenshots of the error msgs that popped up (my proof). He rudely asked me Did the truck work for what i needed it for, and then told me to leave. He didn’t go over my chargers nor did he give me my receipt, initially. So after he rudely dismissed me, I let him know that i was on the phone with Pat from Uhaul Corp. I told him she would like to speak with him, he refused to speak with her, yelled about how he is the owner and how she can look him up, dismissed me and walked away. He pretended to be busy in the back (the auto service part) but he wasn’t, he was just ignoring me. While i waited approx another 5 minutes or so, waiting for him to come out

When using internet and you pick a location and the equipment isn’t available you shouldn’t automatically reroute to another location without letting person know equipment not available at that location. A lot of wasted time.

The vehicle was returned in my opinion in the same condition as it was rented. It was returned with over a 3/4 of a tank of gas where it was rented with less than 1/2 a tank. The vehicle never left the pavement and only use for about 15 to 20 items of furniture from a home worth over 1 million dollars. When the vehicle was returned the rental place stated that the rear compartment was dirty and charged a $25 cleaning fee. We paid the fee because I never checked before I accepted it but the rental location never went over the vehicle with me neither. Other than this the vehicle was acceptable. Thanks
