Have the equipment where the app says it's available- had to travel 71 miles to pick up a 15 ft truck that the app showed there was one near me. Was informed the day before it wasn't and the nearest was East Bernard. Agreed to it and set pickup time for 10 am the next day, received a confirmation of time and place within minutes. Was up the next morning getting ready to go pick up the truck and got an email stating I had missed my pickup time & my order would be cancelled unless I called the provided number. I called and they said yes I had missed pickup time as of 11 pm the day before. Told her I had the confirmation. For 10am today, she said ok & changed it. A lot of hassle travel to get the truck size I needed.. do better uhaul
