I need a final receipt emailed to me. We have finalized with Biles tire in Jackson ga. Was told I would get an email receipt and I have not received it. Also I think we may have been over charged. We were supposed to get a 10% discount. Base was to be $113.00. I expect an answer from you. Ad when I get the receipt if the 10% Discount is not on there I expect a credit in my card.
