It was a good overall experience although it started with quite a bit of anxiety. I was running behind for my truck pickup and had got my passenger to call in on my behalf to alert uhaul to the slight time delay for pickup and somehow despite this my truck reservation was given to another patron. If it wasn't for the fact i showed up at the original toy storage location and spoken to a very helpful lady that was in charge of the uhaul bookings who some how was able to replace my original reservation so I didn't lose my truck for the designated time period needed

This was a mobile site .... the app is not user friendly in any way . Had to call multiple people to even get my rental .
