Please let customer know debit payments are not accepted and only credit card can be used for a smooth service, the self mobile gave errors and I was unable to use and once i arrived in person alot of back and forth to get the keys. Issues will manager to remove the dolly equipment as location has no dollies available but doesnt say that at time of booking. Very unorganized place for business and communication is very poor

Hi I got this truck and I think so it has some issues It takes a lot of rpms to move forward. I moving is supposed to take 2-3 hours, but because this truck it takes like 6 hours . I already that guy who do the return.
