The drop off was a little confusing no one was there at 330 when we dropped off but instructions were clear to the drop box

The "service engine" light came on before we got the truck to our house. We called the 800 number and the customer service rep was very helpful, said to drive it "as is" unless it was not driving properly and gave us the service dept number in case we had to call someone for assistance.

Web site said it was open 8am to 8pm, nobody there after 4. Went back in the morning at 9am, nobody there. So I never saw the inside of the building or a person. If you are going to list times when you are open you should be there.

Can be a challenging location to get in and out of if you are unfamiliar with driving a large vehicle. Otherwise a great experience.

WE had a terrible experience with U-haul and will never use them again. Our reservation was given away in Renfrew after a 2-hour drive from Cornwall, we had to drive another 40 minutes to Eganville get a truck. The reservation system is ridiculous and almost cost us our move. This is no way to treat customers.

The staff was very friendly. There was a few hick up in processing my transaction because I'm a valued UHAUL customer that does need a security deposit.. I guess. I only had 3 issues. 1, the adjuster for the coupler all the way to the top and jammed. There was no large pipe wrench to free it but I was able to use a hammer carefully to free it. 2, I wanted to go one way but my drop off location is still not listed. Even thought I have rented Uhaul trucks and trailers from there. This is a UHAUL problem not the dealers. Uhaul should fix this asap because it is very time consuming and hurts the deals ability to do business. 3, the car dolly straps were saturated and frozen soild. It took me over and hour to free the straps from the locked down position so I could load the car being towed. I'm just glad I had a piece of pipe in my truck. It took another 30mins to get the straps over the tires and locked down. The straps were almost solid and took work to make them flexable. Lastly it was very difficult to feed the strap through the ratchets. Again because of them being frozen, but also the tips were frayed a bit which involved a little trimming and melting to get it to feed it through the ratchets. It was dark, I was minus 20 so I guess it really couldn't be avoided.
